League history, records, and milestones

Score-based records use regular season games from 2011 onward only. Two reasons: 2010 used two QB slots (inflating scores ~45 pts/week), and 2009–2019 used 2-week playoff rounds where ESPN accumulated both weeks into one score — making playoff totals nearly double a normal week. Win/loss records, championships, and streaks include all seasons.
